DELIVERY INFORMATION

We guarantee Super-Fast Delivery worldwide.Once you place an order on MH Online, our automated storage system instantly issues the picking list and your parts can be packed. Green means in stock! For Handling and Shipping within Europe, we have contracts with most reputed logistic companies and therefore we can guarantee you a fixed overland transportation rate of 3.15% of your order value. If you click handling only, we will make sure that your goods are properly packed and that they have the correct documents.You can also visit us and pick up your shipment – A hot cup of coffee will be served while we safely load your goods?!

For shipments outside of Europe and upon your instructions for documentation and mode of shipment, we will quote you by return. In case you want to use your own logistic service provider, you can tick the correct box and your goods will be ready for pick up.*Our minimum order value is 25 Euros ex-ware house. Handling and shipping fees excluded.

Order Conditions

Delivery time and/or implementation period

1.1 The delivery time and/or implementation period will be approximated by the contractor.

1.2 When determining the delivery time and/or execution period, the contractor assumes that he can perform the assignment under the circumstances known to him at that time

1.3 The delivery time and/or implementation period will only commence when agreement has been reached on all commercial and technical details, all necessary data, final and approved drawings and the like are in the possession of the contractor, the agreed payment (instalment) has been received and the necessary conditions for the execution of the assignment have been met.

1.4 a. If there are circumstances other than those known to the Contractor when it established the delivery time and/or performance period, it may extend the delivery time and/or performance period by the time it needs to perform the assignment under these circumstances. If activities cannot be fitted into the contractor's schedule, they will be performed as soon as his schedule allows.      

b. In the event of additional work, the delivery time and/or implementation period will be extended by the time the contractor needs to deliver the materials and parts for this (or have them delivered) and to perform the additional work. If the additional work cannot be fitted into the contractor's schedule, it will be performed as soon as its schedule allows.    

c. In the event of suspension of obligations by the contractor, the delivery time and/or implementation period will be extended by the duration of the suspension. If the continuation of activities cannot be fitted into the contractor's schedule, they will be carried out as soon as his schedule allows.    

d. In the event of unworkable weather, the delivery time and/or implementation period will be adjusted with the resulting delay.

1.5 The Client is obliged to pay all costs incurred by the Contractor as a result of a delay in delivery time and/or implementation period as stated in paragraph four of this article.

1.6 Exceeding the delivery time and/or implementation period in no way entitles you to compensation or dissolution.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We can either organize the shipping of our products directly to your premises or you can get your own transport partner to pick up your products from one of our locations. 

When you choose to get your own transport partner to pick up your order, you can select 'Handling only' when completing your inquiry. In this case, we charge a handling fee of 1.95% of the total order value. We make sure that your products are ready when your transport partner arrives at our location. The handling fee includes the printing of a transport label that you can provide as part of your order. Packaging excluded and will be priced at cost for shipments over 23kg.You can also visit us and pick up your shipment – A hot cup of coffee will be served while we safely load your goods!

Terms of delivery

Work changes

2.1 Changes to the work will in any case result in additional or less work if:

a. there is a change in the design, specifications or specifications;

b. the information provided by the client does not correspond to reality;

c. estimated quantities differ by more than 10%.

2.2 Additional work is calculated on the basis of the price-determining factors that apply at the time the additional work is performed. Less work is settled on the basis of the price-determining factors that applied at the time of the conclusion of the agreement.

2.3 The client is obliged to pay the price of the additional work as referred to in paragraph 1 of this article at the discretion of the client at one of the following times:

a. if the additional work occurs;

b. simultaneously with the payment of the principal;

c. at the next agreed payment term.

2.4 If the sum of the less work exceeds that of the additional work, the contractor may charge 10% of the difference to the client in the final settlement. This provision does not apply to less work that is the result of a request from the contractor.

Execution of work

3.1 The Client shall ensure that the Contractor can perform its activities undisturbed and at the agreed time and that it is provided with the necessary facilities for the performance of its activities, such as:
    a. gas, water and electricity;
    b. heating;
    c. lockable, dry storage space;
    d. facilities prescribed on the basis of the Working Conditions Act and regulations.

3.2 The client bears the risk and is liable for damage in connection with loss, theft, burning, damage to property of the client, contractor and third parties, such as tools, materials intended for the work or equipment used during the work, which are located on the place where the work is performed or at another agreed place.

3.3 The Client is obliged to take out adequate insurance against the risks referred to in paragraph 2 of this article. In addition, the Client must ensure insurance against work risk of the equipment to be used. The client must send the contractor a copy of the premium on first request. In the event of damage, the client is obliged to report this immediately to its insurer for further processing and settlement.

3.4 If the client fails to fulfill its obligations as described in the previous paragraphs of this article and this results in a delay in the performance of the work, the work will be performed as soon as the client still fulfills all its obligations and the contractor's schedule allows this. The Client is liable for all damage resulting from the delay for the Contractor.

Delivery of the work

4.1 The work is considered completed in the following cases:
    a. if the client has approved the work;
    b. if the work has been put into use by the client. If the client takes part of the work into use, that part is considered to have been completed;
    c. if the contractor has notified the client in writing that the work has been completed and the client has not made known in writing within 14 days of the notification whether or not the work has been approved;
    d. if the client does not approve the work on the basis of minor defects or missing parts that can be repaired or delivered within 30 days and that do not prevent the work from being put into use.

4.2 If the client does not approve the work, he is obliged to notify the contractor of this in writing, stating the reasons. The client must give the contractor the opportunity to still deliver the work.

4.3 The client indemnifies the contractor against claims by third parties for damage to parts of the work that have not been completed, caused by the use of parts of the work that have already been completed.

Green:
We have over 45.000 unique parts in stock in our Netherlands central warehouse. This allows us to offer "Super-Fast" delivery. The parts we have in stock are identified with a green indicator.

Expected:
Dark Green:
For our most common parts, we have direct access to our partners. Items that are out of stock at MH, but in stock at our partners, will have a dark green indicator. In this case these products can normally be supplied within five working days.

Availability on request:
Orange:
If parts are not available ex stock from MH or from our partners these parts will have an orange indicator.
These parts will be subject to supplier indicated lead times and on a case by case basis we might be able to source the requested items.

More details:
Black:
Assemblies, for example: rotaries, consist of multiple items that have their own stock-availability. These assemblies will have a grey indicator. Once you press the 'GO'-button, you'll be redirected to the stock of all related items.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Paying

1.1. Payment is made at the place of establishment of the contractor or into an account to be designated by the contractor.

1.2. Unless otherwise agreed, payment will be made as follows:

    a. cash at counter sales;

    b. for payment in installments: - 40% of the total price for the order; 50% of the total price after delivery of the material or if the delivery of material is not included in the order after commencement of the work; - 10% of the total price on delivery;

    c. in all other cases within thirty days of the invoice date.

1.3. If the client fails to fulfill his payment obligation, he is obliged to comply with a request from the contractor for payment in lieu of payment of the agreed sum of money.

1.4. The client's right to set off or suspend its claims against the contractor is excluded, unless the contractor is declared bankrupt or if statutory debt rescheduling applies to the contractor.

1.5. Regardless of whether the contractor has fully performed the agreed performance, everything that the client owes or will owe to him under the agreement is immediately due and payable if:

a. a payment term has been exceeded;

b, the bankruptcy or suspension of payment of the client has been requested;

c. attachment is levied on goods or claims of the client;

d. client (company) is dissolved or liquidated;

e. the client (natural person) requests to be admitted to the statutory debt rescheduling, is placed under guardianship or has died.

1.6. If payment has not been made within the agreed payment term, the client will immediately owe interest to the contractor. The interest is 12% per year, but is equal to the statutory interest if it is higher. In the interest calculation, part of the month is regarded as a full month.

1.7. The Contractor is authorized to set off its debts to the Client against claims against the Client by companies affiliated with the Contractor. In addition, the contractor is authorized to set off its claims against the client with debts to the client from companies affiliated with the contractor. Furthermore, the contractor is authorized to set off its debts to the client with claims on companies affiliated with the client. Affiliated companies are understood to mean the companies belonging to the same group within the meaning of Section 2:24b of the Dutch Civil Code and a participating interest within the meaning of Section 2:24c 8W.

1.8. If payment has not been made within the agreed payment term, the client owes the contractor all extrajudicial costs with a minimum of € 75.

These costs are calculated on the basis of the following table (principal sum incl. interest): on the first € 3,000 15% on the excess up to € 6,000 10% on the excess up to € 15,000 8% on the excess up to € 60,000 5% on the excess from € 60,000 3%.

The extrajudicial costs actually incurred are due if they are higher than follows from the above calculation.

1.9. If the contractor is successful in legal proceedings, all costs incurred in connection with these proceedings will be borne by the client.
